

About us
The idea of creating the Centre for Family Law Studies can be seen as a culmination of long-time and multifaceted activities of its members in various working groups dealing with the improvement of legal regulation of family relations, as well as their participation in numerous conferences, round tables, seminars and other similar events co-organized by the founders of the Centre.
Our goal
We analyse the existing problems of family law to develop and implement various projects aimed at their solution, as well as carry out research in the field of family law and conduct educational and research activities for the purpose of development of family relations in accordance with best European and world practices.

To achieve that:
We study
the actual state and development trends of family relations in Ukraine and abroad, and develop recommendations to the authorities and NGOs based on such studies;
We raise public awareness of
of legal issues by organizing round tables, conferences, trainings, and assist in training of specialists in the field of family law
We draft laws and regulations and/or submit proposals
aimed at the improvement of legal regulation of family relations;
We initiate and participate in the creation
of state and regional programmes for family and youth policy;
We promote ideas
of human rights protection and international standards of human rights and fundamental freedoms
